Terms & Conditions + Confidentiality Agreement

1. Purpose of Agreement The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the confidentiality of all communications, information, and materials exchanged between the Coach and the Client in the course of Spiritual Life Coaching and Energy Healing Sessions. This agreement also addresses terms, obligations, scheduling policies, and disclaimers. You are required to confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions as part of the booking process.

2. Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to:

  • Personal information shared by the Client during sessions.

  • Details of any spiritual or energy healing practices discussed or utilized.

  • Any notes, recordings, or materials created during or as a result of the coaching and healing sessions.

3. Obligations of the Coach

The Coach agrees to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information shared by the Client.

  • Not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties without the Client's prior written consent, except as required by law.

  • Take reasonable measures to protect the Confidential Information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Obligations of the Client

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information to the Coach.

  • Keep confidential any information shared by the Coach during sessions unless consent is given to disclose it.

5. Exceptions

Confidential Information does not include information that:

  • Was known to the Coach or Client before the session.

  • Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the Coach or Client.

  • Is independently developed by the Coach or Client without reference to the Confidential Information.

  • Is required to be disclosed by law or a valid court order.

6. Duration of Confidentiality

The obligations of confidentiality set forth in this Agreement shall continue indefinitely, including after the termination of the coaching relationship.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Coach will return or destroy any Confidential Information in their possession, except as required by law.

8. No Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

11. Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

12. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Sessions with the Coach are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

  • The Coach is not a licensed medical professional and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

  • The Client should seek medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or psychological conditions or concerns.

  • Spiritual life coaching and energy healing sessions are complementary to, and not a substitute for, professional medical care.

13. Refund Policy

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • ALL fees for sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes any pre-paid packages or sessions.

  • NO refunds will be issued for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

14. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee will be forfeited, and no make-up session will be provided.

  • If the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the Coach will provide at least 24 hours' notice and will offer to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
